The high plateau of Mokattam is considered an ideal location in Cairo because of its clean air, continental temperatures, and ratio between population density and land area. Add to that the quality of the social class of the residence, the modernized buildings, the coordination between the architects and area planning engineers, and the availability of the many amenities easily accessible for residents, it is easy to understand why CIRA chose to invest in an area of land in this ideal location, with ease of access due to main roads, in a quiet area. The land area is approximately 10,000 sq meters.
We began by creating a modern design with architectural façade to characterize simplicity and beauty, for 10 buildings. They are built on a shared underground garage with many entrances and exits. Each building is 5 stories tall. The engineers of this project put into consideration the needs for different sizes of flats; therefore each floor has 2-3 flats per floor with varies sizes between 170-330 sq meters.
CIRA has a commitment to ensuring that these buildings reflect modern designs, with new scientific standards, that were created by reputable consulting companies. The construction of the buildings was done under the supervision of well qualified architects and specialists that work closely with us, with of course the help of suppliers and contractors to assist in building the large projects to ensure quality and safety. Prices for the flats range between 336,000 EGP – 743,000 EGP.
